An hour of relaxation! I will balance your chakras, release some trapped emotions and allow you to fully relax, possibly even fall asleep while the energy of Reiki is helping you to heal, de-stress and find some peace. I may use essential oils, sound healing, and Emotion Codeto enhance the Reiki energy so you feel refreshed and renewed!
